Well-prepared goods load faster, travel more safely and are easier to deliver. A few simple steps help the transport go without problems.
Measure and weigh
For an accurate quote we need the number of pieces or pallets, the dimensions and approximate weight. If you are not sure, send photos – they help us estimate the vehicle needed.
Palletise where possible
Goods on pallets, stacked securely and stretch-wrapped, are the easiest to load and best protected on the road.
Label the shipment
Put the recipient's details and phone number on every pallet or parcel. If the goods are fragile or cannot be stacked, mark this clearly.
Prepare the paperwork
International transport requires the right accompanying documents. Before loading, check with the carrier exactly what is needed for your type of goods.
